1 tsp cold water
1 egg white
1 pound pecan halves
1 cup sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
Preheat oven to 225°
Beat egg white and water until frothy
Mix well with pecans
Combine cinnamon and sugar
Lightly grease cookie sheet
Spread pecans on cookie sheet
Bake for 1 hour. Stir occasionally to loosen
