Hardboil the eggs. Slice them.
Add butter and flour
Add milk gradually (1 cup per tlb?)
Add salt and pepper
Whisk
Chop toast and put eggs on top
This is becoming an Easter/Pascha staple for us! Our winning combination for 2 adults and a toddler: 2 tbs butter and flour, 2 cups milk, 6 hard boiled eggs, and and about 10 small pieces of toast. Pairs great with sweet bread (like Tsoureki). Just make sure to allow yourself time for the roux to cook down.
