This is becoming an Easter/Pascha staple for us! Our winning combination for 2 adults and a toddler: 2 tbs butter and flour, 2 cups milk, 6 hard boiled eggs, and and about 10 small pieces of toast. Pairs great with sweet bread (like Tsoureki). Just make sure to allow yourself time for the roux to cook down.
Quick and easy! Made with Paul in Lancaster. We got a 1.3 lb salmon to share. We cooked in oven at 400°. It took a long time -- about 30 minutes to bake. We added thyme on top in honor of moms recipe. Sometime in the future we will grill instead.
